All items (with the Exception of MerBabyitems) will be processed and shipped within 3 (three) days of the order placed or once payment clears. Average time to receive item is seven (7) working days. 


Shipping Fees:

A flat rate fee of $1.50 for an order of a single item. 

A flat fee of $3.00 for orders with 2 (two) or more items. 


This fee covers shipping and individual inspection of EACH item, to ensure you are receiving the highest quality!

Where We Ship:


Mermaid Mama Clothing Cove ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, Mermaid Mama Clothing Cove ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, and several other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Website pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.


International 


Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.


Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. READ BEFORE YOU RETURN YOUR ITEM. ITEMS RETURNED WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION CODE WILL NOT BE PROCESSED AND MAY COST YOU YOUR REFUND/STORE CREDIT.


If you are unsatisfied with your purchase in any way, we will happily accept any unused, unopened and unwashed items, with tags attached, within fourteen (14) days of delivery for full refund, less shipping and handling, unless item arrives damaged. Items returned after that time frame up to two (2) weeks will be given a store credit. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.  & Pre-orders are NON returnable, however you may offer them for sale or to someone on the waiting list. Returns, exchanges and store credit vouchers can take up to fourteen (14) days to process.

If your item arrived damaged, pictures of the damaged items MUST be emailed to CustomerLove@MermaidMama.com shipped back via USPS with the cheapest shipping option available, must be used to return the item. Any other option, will result in you not receiving your full cost of shipping for the return.
